Every year, artists are encouraged to channel their creativity into a meaningful cause. To raise awareness and spark important conversations to advocate for a healthier planet through art. The project hosts provide 5 prompts to be illustrated by participants throughout the week beginning on Earth Day.
TOUCH THE GROUND.
Sometimes I like to take my shoes off and dig my my toes into the dirt. When I touch the ground, I feel like I'm a part of nature. And if I am really quiet and still, nature thinks I am a part of it.

FEEL THE AIR.
You know when you get outside, you feel the air...Your brain and heart are calm, but your body is excited? Everything is happy. Isn't that the best?

HEAR THE OCEAN.
It is not just the sound of the waves. If you listen... really listen, you can hear the ocean. The earth tells us what it needs. What we need to do to keep it happy and healthy. We just need to listen.

SEE THE WILD.
We like to think that nature and wildlife will always be there for us to enjoy. But if you want to see the wild and those that live there, we need to protect and preserve their home. Before it fades into the shadows.

GO BEYOND.
There is a saying in the hiking community. 'Leave No Trace'. It means leave nature as you found it. Respect the wildlife, don't leave your garbage behind. But in reality, we as humans have left an indelible mark on our earth. So, maybe now... instead of not leaving a trace on the earth, one step at a time, we need to start fixing it. Protect what we have. Mend what we have broken. Continue to grow. Go beyond.
